Who we are

This site is run by مؤسسة ميراس للتدريب والتعليم (MERAS), El Shorouk, Cairo, Egypt. We are responsible for the details you send through it. For anything about your data: WhatsApp +20 10 4152 1717.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email if you add it, program and level, a child's age in years when you request a booking, age band, area or country, preferred times and your message. For trainer applications: field, years of experience and a link to a work sample. We never ask for a child's full name, date of birth, photos, health details or payment details.

Children's data

A parent sends the form, not the child. We ask for a child's age only to place them in the right group, and nothing that identifies them.

Why we use it

To reply to you, check the level, send group times and fees, manage bookings and registration, and review trainer applications. We rely on the consent you give in the form. We do not send marketing without separate consent, and we never sell your data.

Who sees it

Only the MERAS staff who reply. Service providers process data for us: Cloudflare hosts the site and database, Zoho sends email alerts to our team, and WhatsApp carries messages when you contact us there. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where it is kept

The database is on Cloudflare servers in Europe, outside Egypt. By sending a form you agree to this transfer. Data is encrypted in transit, the admin page is password protected, and we keep your device's IP address only in hashed form, to block spam.

How long

Inquiries and interest requests: 12 months from last contact. Unconfirmed booking requests: 6 months. Enrolled learners: the program plus 2 years, for certificates and records. Trainer applications: 12 months. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by WhatsApp at +20 10 4152 1717. We reply within 10 working days. You can also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new text here with its date.
