For families
Does my child need a certain level to start?
No. We check the level in the first session and start from there, even from the letters.
Where are classes held?
In person in El Shorouk; we send the address on WhatsApp when the group is confirmed. Arabic for non-native speakers is online.
How do I find out fees and times?
We send them on WhatsApp after your inquiry or booking request, before you commit to anything.
Is a booking on the website final?
No. A booking request holds a seat only; it is confirmed after we contact you and you agree.
Do you diagnose learning or speech difficulties?
No. We teach and train; we do not diagnose or treat. If we notice something that needs a specialist, we tell you.
About MERAS
Who teaches?
Trainers selected against written criteria, including an interview and a demo lesson in front of a panel.
Is the certificate officially recognised?
No. We give a MERAS certificate of attendance or completion. It is not a government qualification or a licence.
Do you offer adult, computer or English programs?
Reading and writing for adults is available. Computing, English and communication are fields we are building; you can register your interest.
