How a level runs: A level check before placement, then 12 one-hour sessions, two days a week, over about 6 weeks. Groups are organised by age band.
1 · Who it is for
For children who understand more than they can express, or keep repeating the same words when they write.
2 · What you practise
- Looking words up by their root
- Word games and synonyms
- Using new words in sentences
- Applied language practice (level 2)
3 · Level check
Before a child starts, we sit with them for a short session, listen to them read and write, place them at the right level, and tell the family what we found.
4 · Progress notes
After each level we write the family a short note: where your child started, what changed, what comes next, and how to help at home.
5 · Format and place
In person in El Shorouk.
